Purposeful BEHAVIORAL THERAPY MEETS deep human connection.

THE PROCESS:

Believe it or not, being here means you’ve already taken one of the hardest steps.

We’re ready to walk alongside you.

  • Schedule a complimentary 15-20 minute consultation call.

Reach out using the contact form and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to learn more about you and your needs, and to match you with the right therapist.

  • Meet for an intake session.

In our first session together, we’ll get to know each other, explore your history, and define your goals for therapy so we know what progress looks like.

  • Start the therapeutic work.

Together, we’ll uncover patterns of thinking and behavior that are holding you back from living the life you want, and experiment with skills and strategies that bring you relief.

    Evaluate progress and sustain gains.

We’ll take time to look back on what has been most helpful in reaching your goals, celebrate your wins, and make a maintenance plan so your therapy gains are long-lasting.

Meet the founder

I’M BROOKE SCHWARTZ, LCSW

I’m a therapist who believes that change and growth happen in the context of safe and nurturing relationships. While I’ve received exceptional training in evidence-based therapies from my time at Columbia University and the NYU Child Study Center—and learned from skilled (and superheroic) clinicians—my years in practice have taught me that even the best-researched interventions are only as impactful as the connection they’re grounded in.

I consider myself one of the lucky ones who gets to build authentic relationships with people like you: the people-pleasers, worriers, “what am I doing with my life?”-ers, the big feelers, and the change seekers. From there, we use that connection as a launchpad for personalized, meaningful, and sustainable change.
