How you operate

No amount of logic or reassurance can untangle you from rigid and intrusive thoughts, especially the ones that feel so out of line with your wants and values. You might feel a lack of control, stuck, avoidant, and maybe even obligated to perform certain behaviors to ease your mind. Consequently, you’re left with unwanted emotions like shame, anxiety, or guilt which keep up the pattern and cycle of unwanted and uncontrollable thoughts and behaviors.

How we help

We provide our clients a nonjudgmental space to explore thinking and behavior patterns, obsessions, and compulsions, and offer psychoeducation about why these persist despite your best efforts to shake them. We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to reduce unwanted internal experiences and associated behaviors to help our clients live with more flexibility and freedom.
